2017 Deadlines for Exhibitors and Vendors:
January 1       Application is made available
March 1          Returning Vendor Confirmation Deadline
March 2          Super early bird pricing ends. Price increase for exhibits.
March 17        Last day to submit FOOD VENDOR applications*
April 28           Last day to submit payment by check (credit card payments still accepted) 
May 26            Last day to submit EXHIBITOR applications*
May 19            Certificate of Insurance for accepted EXHIBITORS due
                        Certificate of Insurance for accepted FOOD VENDORS due
May 26            Confirmation Packets sent out (via email) to all participants
June 8             Load-In Begins for EXHIBITORS and FOOD VENDORS
June 9            12:00pm-2:00pm -- Sneak Peak for FOOD VENDORS
                        6:00pm -- GATES OPEN
June 11           7:00pm -- GATES CLOSE 
                        7:30pm -- Load-out Begins

*or until all spaces are filled.
